We will provide you with a monthly report of sales and expense breakdown.
Plans
First, we do the above services and manage the total sales.
Then we pay you 30%~40% of the total sales each month. (It is a net profit and you have no other operating expenditures.)
If we do all the work, we pay 30% from the total sales, but if you help us, the percentage will increase accordingly.
Contract Details
The contract is renewable for 2 years and can be signed in English.
Prices
We leave you 30-40% net profit.
(1) We receive the sales proceeds.
(2) We pay you 30-40% from the sales.
(3) We pay all operating expenses including water, gas, and utilities.
(4) The remainder will be your net profit.
